* MAIN IMPACT: TRAVEL CONCERNS AS HEAVY SNOW INITIALLY ACCUMULATES
ON ROADS.
MAJOR TRAVEL IMPACTS WILL BE POSSIBLE SAT AFTERNOON INTO
SUN AS NORTHERLY WINDS PICK UP AT AROUND 35 MPH.CAUSING
